The Avalon Academy® is a 501(c)(3) non-profit California Corporation (ID# 20-1651912). Avalon of necessity is committed to a low student-to-staff ratio. The school relies heavily upon support from the private sector to bridge the gap between publicly-funded income (provided by tuition fees) and the actual cost per student. Your continuing support is crucial to the success of our mission to provide exceptional and comprehensive educational services for children with movement disorders such as cerebral palsy.

Unrestricted gifts to Avalon allow the school to channel funds where they are most needed.

GIFTS IN HONOR OR MEMORIAL

A contribution to Avalon in honor or memory of someone brings special meaning to your gift.

GIFTS OF STOCK AND SECURITIES

Avalon welcomes gifts of stock and securities. This form of donation is US tax-deductible and additionally may help a donor avoid capital gains tax on appreciated securities.

CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS

Many corporations have a matching gift program which can double or even triple your donation to Avalon. These programs provide opportunities for employers to support the non-profit organizations that play an important role in the lives and communities of their employees. Please enquire with your human resources department to determine if your company is part of the matching gift program.
